We are the Q103 Local Music Outlet and we're here to showcase the most kick ass local bands the Capital Region has to offer. We give local bands a place to get their music heard, free from red tape and greedy hands. No commercials, no hype, just MUSIC. The Local Music Outlet is run by people just like you; Avid music lovers who are passionate about the local music scene and want to see it thrive.
